To start each day of your holiday at the Plattnerhof in the best possible way, you can request a breakfast basket, which will be brought directly to your holiday appartment. If you prefer, breakfast is also served in the tavern as buffet. The breakfast basket as well as the buffet includes milk, butter, strawberry*, blueberry* or apricot jam, honey, coffee, tea, apple chips*, apple juice*, apple puree*, fresh eggs* from our hens (scrambled or boiled), homemade cakes (apple strudel*, buckwheat cake*), yoghurt, muesli, dried fruit, fresh fruit* from the farm, mozzarella with fresh tomatoes* from the farm, cold cuts (bacon, salami, ham, cheese).
If you prefer to take do breakfast by yourself, but do not want to do without fresh bread from our baker, you can use the fresh bread service. You find a list of all types of bread and dairy products that can be ordered in the farm's information binder.
In summer and autumn, fruit and vegetables come from our farm. During the rest of the year, we obtain our supplies from our fruit and vegetable cooperative Melix.
